Hired this company to clean gutters they did a great job took pictures to show before and after. They came when they were supposed to very friendly. Fair pricing. Will be using them again and in the spring for window cleaning. They do very fast estimates for work as well.

Michael responded quickly to assess our needs and within a short time emailed a detailed quote for the services we required. We set a date and time and he showed up right on time. He pre sprayed the house trim and brick as well as the shop building. With a cleaner and mold killer/remover then allowed that time to work. He then cleaned all of the house trim, gutters, shutters, overhead door and the lower brick on the home. He cleaned the entire shop which is vinyl clad including trim, overhead door and gutters. He resprayed everything with a moldicide to prevent mold regrowth. Finally he washed and polished all the exterior windows on the house per our original agreement and washed all the window screens. He was professional and thorough throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him. He can do all of these services even in cold weather. Give Michael a call

Michael did a fabulous job pressure washing our pool deck and both our front and back stone steps. He also repainted the pool deck with ACRYLA-DECK Solid Color Hi-Build Coating with Cool Feel Technology. The pool and porch areas look brand new. I would definitely recommend Michael for any concrete area pressure washing/painting! He was very efficient and detailed in his prep, work and cleanup.

I have had my house pressured washed with another company but was not satisfied, Michael did an awesome job. He did my house and deck and sealed my deck. Michael is knowledgeable in his work and has a great attitude. We have a 2 story brick and yellow siding trim home that had blackish coloration around all the gutters and both chimneys and tons of older stains from former bird nests droppings. It is AMAZING how super clean it all looks now and he was careful and detailed though out the job!Our brick now has the appearance of its former redness in color….Customer Service 110% and at a reasonable cost. WOW! I was getting worried about all the organic material and roadside residue (tire rubber & exhaust) that had built up on my deck in the back of my shops on the square in Lewisburg. Michael happily came all the way out from Columbia – first for a REASONABLE quote, second for pressure washing and third to seal it. Each appointment was kept (except one since I had a doctor’s appt in Nashville that day) and they provided friendly, courteous service each time. And the DIFFERENCE in the wooden deck was AMAZING! Over & Under and every nook and cranny was restored and made it look like it was built yesterday! The washing revealed where a plank or two needed replacing, also. The wife and I are in the process of putting our home up for sale, I got everything done the whole house,all the concrete around the house and all the concrete around the pool. Some of the concrete I know hasn’t been touched in over 6 years. Needless to say it was getting bad. I never write reviews but this had to be a must. If you want a company that will treat you like family get the job done right the first time, and be very reasonable price I highly recommend using 15 cent pressure washing.
