For homeowners, we clean the outside of the house. Siding is soft washed, flatwork is pre-treated and surface-cleaned, and wood is restored. We work on single-, two-, and three-story homes, most of them Hardie board or vinyl, many with exposed aggregate driveways and long, steep driveways on hilly lots. Your quote lists exactly what we're cleaning. A house wash covers the house itself. Driveways, walkways, and patios are priced separately, so just ask and we'll add them. We tell you what to expect before work starts. Older oil stains can leave some gray, and crumbling concrete is cleaned at lower pressure.
For commercial properties, we handle exterior and flatwork cleaning for places such as apartment complexes, HOA communities, gas stations, restaurants and drive-thrus, storefronts, and parking garages. We block off work zones with cones and A-frame signs and route drivers and residents around the work. On apartment jobs, we coordinate with the property manager and the local fire department. Where local rules require it, we keep runoff out of the storm drains by diverting, diluting, and neutralizing it, and we bring in water reclamation equipment when a job needs it. When a client requires it, we quote and invoice through their own vendor platform.
We offer Holiday Light Installation for homes. Pick from C9 bulbs, C7 bulbs, LED mini lights, and pre-lit wreaths, in single-color, multi-color, or RGB. Your lights run on a dusk-to-dawn timer, or your own smart timer.
